You are unhappy with your product? No problem. Contact us at and we will proceed with you into returning or exchanging your item.
Shipping within Germany with Hermes. We will send you a postage via email. Please note that Hermes postages are not prepaid. The shipping cost will be included in the refund. A full refund will be issued as soon as we receive the returned items.
International shipping with Deutsche Post/DHL. You want to return your item? We will send you a prepaid postage via email. You want to replace your item? We will send you the return postage together with your new item. A full refund will be issued as soon as we receive the returned items.

You ordered a customized item? Depending on the type of adjustment there may be a refund on the basic price. Any additional cost for adjustments will not be refunded.
